Runnymede Track Sessions
If you feel the need for speed then this session is for you.
This 14 week session will include 20-25 minutes of dynamic warm ups, drills, skills + activation designed to help you work on form, agility and prime your body to run hard. The remainder of the session will be focused on interval training. Interval training is a great way to increase your VO2 max, improve your running economy and get faster.
Warning: You are going to suffer BUT, suffering together is always better than suffering alone!
Please come early to get your warm up done, so you can get to business at 6pm.
